History

2004 - Joined Bray & Co. as Broker/Asscoiate. 2002 - Presidents Club for production RE/MAX International. 2002 - Started teaching real estate licensing classes at Delta-Montrose Voc-Tec 2000 - Reentered the real estate industry in Delta County and Surface Creek Valley. 1999 - Completed all required classes through the Colorado Division of Taxation as an appraiser for the Delta County Assessors Office 1993 - Returned to Delta County so as to be in proximity of Jeannie's and my families. Have continued insurance claims work and insurance product sales sense 1978. 1978 - Obtained Type IV adjusters license, Colorado Life, Health, & Accident insurance license, Series 7 Security license and became a financial planner. 1983 - establish an independent financial services firm. Taught real estate licensing classes for Jones Real Estate Schools. 1977 - Met my wife Jeannie 1978 - Married her and/or she married me. 1974 - Became Certified Appraiser - R from the National Association of Certified Appraisers. 1973 - Became co-owner and manager of Century 21 Loucks Real Estate in Fort Collins, CO. Obtained GRI and CRS through the National Association of Realtors and the University of Colorado Department of Continuing Education. 1971 - Received BA in Mathematics from Western State College of Colorado in Gunnison, CO 1969 - Obtained Colorado Real Estate Salesman License for The Clark Agency in Gunnison, CO 1966 - Graduated Cashe LaPoudre High School in Fort Collins, CO 1948 - Born on Cedar Mesa, Cedaredge, CO to JD and Betty Loucks. Attended Cedaredge Elementary and Junior High.

My Interests

I enjoy being out doors a great deal. I hunt, fish, and pan for Gold in my spare time which is not much. I have a deep interest in Southern Gospel Music and am currently looking to re-associate as a tenor with a mixed quartet. I am very active in my church. I do woodworking projects from scratch. I have an interest and curiosity for the old artisan skills and trades. I have a fine collection of old old Bibles and have a good start on "how they did it in the old ways" type books. Most of all, I enjoy spending time with Jeannie. She is my friend and an avid quilt maker. She is the wonderful person, this lady, my wife of twenty-five years which God has blessed me with. We have two adult sons of whom we are much pleased. I can not express how much God blessed us with these two.
